RGB-LED-color-mixer with constant brightness

This was my "Seminararbeit" / term paper I had to write for school. As the name implies, I had to build a device, which will ensure that the brightness of a RGB-LED stays constant. We were only allowed to use analog technology. The user has the possibility to increase the brightness of a color by simply pressing a button. The device decreases the brightness of the other colors to keep the overall brightness at the same level. There is also the possibility to set the brightness of a color to zero and set the "changing speed" (the time it takes to increase a color from 0% to 100%).
